Your button appears right after ordering. Guests want more later.

The built-in button appears right after the guest ordered, when they want nothing more. Maison Shoku works when glasses are empty, before last order, when the finishing dish (〆) and dessert make sense.
It gives guests a real reason to order now: a countdown to last order, a time-limited offer, a limited item, a pairing.
It is physical: one tap on the table support, no hunting for the ordering page.
It is measured table by table: when, where, what.
